Tomorrow, GSRP will make the trek up to Old Orchard Beach, ME for a baseball game between the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide and the Seacoast Mavericks at 12:00pm. The two teams are a part of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League which provides college baseball stars from around the country a place to play in the summer.
We will be visiting on the Raging Tide's "Recreation Day," so all the promotions will be geared toward the campers. Campers could be chosen to participate in fun, on-field contests in between innings in addition to being selected to "Takeover the Mic with Webber, the Voice of the Raging Tide" in the radio broadcast box! It should be a really great day! As if that wasn't enough, the General Manager of the Raging Tide is former GSRP Counselor, Taylor Fisher! Taylor says, "Having worked at GSRP for four years, I couldn't be more excited to have them attending Rec Day. It means a lot to have GSRP make the trip up to Old Orchard for the day to support me and the Raging Tide!"
